Rosa is the Head of Talent Experience at global tech talent network, Andela, which connects brilliance with opportunity. She previously worked as a technology consultant and was on the leadership team of the Raspberry Pi Foundation where she led two edtech programmes, CoderDojo and Coolest Projects. Rosa is passionate about how technology communities can add value and unlock access to education or job opportunities.
