Omar Cisse is a computer design engineer who graduated from Ecole Supérieure Polytechnique in Dakar in 2000. He then pursued an international MBA degree and various business management trainings. In 2001, he co-founded 2SI, a company specialized in software engineering and which he managed from 2005 to 2010. In 2010, Omar launched the first ICT incubator (CTIC Dakar). He managed CTIC Dakar until 2013. With the ambition to transform access to mobile payment and digital services in Africa, he founded InTouch in 2014.
InTouch is a pan-African fintech solution that allows merchants, on the one hand, to accept all means of payment (mobile money, credit card, cash, and vouchers) and, on the other hand, to offer a large catalogue of digital services (airtime, mobile money cash in and cash out, money transfer, insurance, bill payment and subscriptions) via a single device. InTouch currently has 7500+ touchpoints, with a presence in seven countries (Senegal, Ivory Coast, Mali, Guinea Conakry, Cameroon, Kenya, Burkina Faso) and 1 Billion CFA Franc +1.5 Million Euros in daily transaction volume.
