– Articulating the Technical & Digital Transformation plan for Cisco BeLux (Cisco digital platform | innovation program | design thinking | hackathon | software & subscription | strategic dialogue).
– Leading & managing Data Center sales & pre-sales operations in Belgium & Luxembourg.
As part of his innovation remit, he has organised and contributed to several innovation initiatives like the Cisco Innovation Challenge, Cisco Hack For Good and Hack The Crisis (Belgium, Luxembourg), Hackcovid.co.
Education, environment & giving back are three core values he defends daily, by welcoming students for internships, being a Cisco Green ambassador and supporting the annual giving back campaigns & activities with local NGOs. Hugues De Pra joined Cisco in 1999. He started out as a systems engineer after studying civil engineering (electronic orientation) at the University of Liège. Over the past two decades, he has held various sales and management positions. In 2010, he took over the management of Cisco data centre & cloud activities in Belgium and Luxembourg. Hugues devotes his free time to his passions: Italy and wine tasting. He also holds an Executive Master’s degree from Solvay Brussels School.
