Foluso Gbadamosi

Foluso Gbadamosi is a business leader who provides solutions to business problems and challenges using technology. In her current role as a Director of Business Process & Technology at Prime Atlantic Group, she is responsible for Strategic Technology Leadership.

She has experience across various industries including Telecommunications, FMCG, Financial Services and Oil & Gas. She worked as a technology specialist in the United States and has held management leadership roles at Procter & Gamble, Monarch Communications Ltd and IGI Insurance.

As a technology advocate passionate about driving technology literacy and business sustainability across Africa, she views technology as a catalyst for social development and change in Africa. As a digital transformation consultant, she helps organizations use digital tools to scale their business and work more efficiently. As a transformation coach, she helps individuals transform into the best version of themselves so they can live the life of impact they have been created for. Foluso is passionate about helping individuals and organizations live out their purpose by leveraging their strengths.

She has spoken at several platforms covering topics that range from Technology, Social Advocacy, Purpose, Leadership, Mentorship and Business. In addition, her broad bank of knowledge on technology solutions has resulted in several board invitations – she currently serves on the Board of Directors of several technology companies including Swift Networks, Cousant Technologies and Kuda Bank. 

Foluso is also a social advocate and co-founder of Serving with Love (SWL), a social impact driven platform spearheading the introduction of computer literacy and coding as a language to young children in rural communities. She is also an Executive Council Member of WIMBIZ (Women in Management, Business and Public Service).

She has a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from the University of Pittsburgh and a Masters degree in Information Systems Technology from George Washington University. Foluso is also a Gallup Certified Strengths Coach, a Certified Management Consultant, holds a Certificate from the Yale CEO College, Massachusetts Institute of Technology and IE Business School.

She is married with two children and currently resides in Lagos, Nigeria.
