Dima Kandalaft is the Director of the Country Digitization Acceleration program for Middle East and Africa. With more than 20 years of experience in Management and Technology consulting, her focus is to help government and industry leaders accelerate their digital transformation programs across the region. Before joining Cisco, Dima was the Smart Cities and Government industry leader at IBM responsible for developing new markets and clientele by building C-level relations as an executive advisor and a thought leader.
