Ken is the Managing Director at Medius Capital, a London-based venture builder focused on technology companies in Southern Europe, and the Executive Chairman for TycheTools Group, Ltd., a provider of transformative AI-driven solutions for the continuous operation and management of IT technical rooms and indoor air quality environments.
He is also adjunct professor of Human Resources and Strategy at IE Business School and has previously held full-time teaching positions in labor and employment law and human resource management at the Universidad Carlos III (Madrid) and Anglia Ruskin University, Cambridge (United Kingdom).
Ken holds a PhD in political science from the University of California, Berkeley.
