Karine Neves
Bio
Karine is the Global Head of Operational Management, Compliance for HSBC where she has been for the last 8 years. Known as a go-to advisor, helping stakeholders navigate the organisation and assisting with the implementation of process change and its execution. She graduated from Kingston University with a degree in Computing and Business Management before starting her career in the banking industry utilising her knowledge of IT and project management.
Karine is a proud ambassador for Diversity & Inclusion, alongside representing HSBC at industry-wide BAME networking events, she also participates in mentoring programmes for young people at inner-city schools bringing awareness of industries and opportunities they may not come across in their day to day life.
